1. HOW DO I ORDER?
It's very simple. Just add item to cart and repeat until you're done. Then check out from your shopping cart and sign in to your account OR create a profile (if you are new here). Confirm the order and then proceed to make payment via our secure online payment processing facility. You can pay with your PayPal account or most major credit / debit cards.

2. IS THERE ANY WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, all products from Cheap-Electronic-Store.com (CES) come with 12 Months warranty against manufacturing fault from the date you received it. However, mis-use and mis-handling of product such as below invalidates product warranty:
a. Opening of product body / case for repair or modification of internal components
b. Flashing of firmware
c. Using non-approved software

3. DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY GUARANTEE?
We guarantee you will receive the product(s) you have paid for. In the event your order is lost, broken, stolen or has not arrived after delivery deadline is expired (normally around 30 days), we will re-send your order. If your order arrived damaged or item missing, please contact us and report it to the delivery company immediately. We will assist you.

To ensure successful delivery, please ensure you provide us correct shipping address and adhere to customs clearance requirements / costs of your country accordingly.
4. ANY CUSTOM CLEARANCE ISSUES?
All products ordered here are sent from China. Delivery to countries other than China is considered 'importing'. It is your responsibility to find out in advance whether product you ordered is permissible in your country and what clearance requirements, taxes & policies apply in your country. As an importer, you are responsible for customs clearance of goods. From experience and records, over 99% of our deliveries have no issue with customs clearance.

5. DO I NEED TO PAY TAX?
We do not charge any sales tax at our end. Some countries charge tax on certain types of imported products, at certain quantity / value. Some countries do not. You are responsible for finding out about tax charges of importing goods in your own country. Normally, if you have to pay tax (very rare), the delivery company will pay on your behalf at customs clearance and you can pay the delivery company back when they deliver your goods.

6. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWID?
Yes, we do. There may be delivery surcharge for destinations other than USA, Canada & United Kingdom. For delivery to countries listed below, we require bank transfer as the mode of payment prior to delivery:
Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, China, Congo, Congo(Democratic Republic of the), Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, East Timor, Egypt, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Mali, Mauritius, Mongolia, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Togo, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zaire & Zambia.

7. WILL THE PRODUCT WORK IN MY COUNTRY?
a. Electrical Plug & Power Adapter
We can supply electrical plug that works in USA, UK, EU and Australia accordingly. All power adapters are both 110V and 230V/240V capable.

b. Device & Manual Language
All products are shipped in English language menu and come with English language manual.

c. Video Format
Most products support both PAL / NTSC formats unless otherwise specified. Please contact us if you need clarification.

d. Cell Phone (Mobile Phone) Carrier Support
GSM bands supported are clearly stated in every cellphone product page. Kindly refer to the list below for general guide:
a. Quad Band Cellphone - Works in USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia & Russia.
b. Tri Band Cellphone - Works in EU, UK, Australia & Russia; works with some (not all) carriers in USA & Canada. Please check with us to ensure.
c. Dual Band Cellphone - Works in EU, UK, Australia & Russia; does not work with USA & Canada carriers.

8. IS IT SAFE TO SHOP WITH YOU?
Absolutely. We offer secured and widely accepted PayPal payments, which offer total buyers protection - you don't have to share confidential financial information. Besides, we do not store or keep a copy of your payment information in our system to prevent information theft.

Your products are packed carefully, packages are correctly labeled and accompanied by proper paperwork required for smooth customs clearance. What is more, we provide 12 months product warranty as well as delivery guarantee. So, shop with confidence!

9. WHAT ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT QUALITY?
All products we carry are carefully evaluated and sourced from reliable manufacturers, many of which are OEM manufacturers for established, branded electronic brands, therefore quality is assured.

We have very stringent Quality Check (QC) process to ensure the product we ship you is in tip top condition. All products (including the accessories) are visually inspected and functionally tested when it reaches our warehouse as well as during the packing process - i.e. checked and tested twice.

We are always around to assist you and will reply all incoming emails within 12 hours. You can rest assured your purchases are always in good hands.

10. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPING COSTS?
It varies by the total weight of order, destination country and type of shipments (postal or courier). You can preview shipping cost before you confirm order. For countries other than USA, Canada and United Kingdom, shipping surcharge may apply. If you need assistance, please email us anytime. We will always be around to assist you.

11. HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?
We normally process all orders within 1 to 2 working days. Depending on shipping types chosen, delivery of order normally takes around 1 to 2 weeks. There will be a tracking number for every order shipped and you can track it with post offices or couriers in your country respectively. Please feel free to email us for status of your order. We are always happy to assist you in tracking your order.

12. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
