Our Guarantees, Warranty & Return Policy

PRODUCT WARRANTY

1. All products are covered by 12 MONTHS WARRANTY from the date you received our product(s), except rechargable batteries (see below).
2. We carefully evaluate and choose only the best manufacturers with best product quality.
3. We perform quality & functionality checks when stock arrives and during packing process (2 rounds) to ensure product you ordered is fault-free.
4. 12 months warranty covers FREE Repair and FREE sending back of repaired product. We will credit you if product is beyond repair.
5. Exceptions to the 12 months Warranty:
a. Product warranty is voided if you opened the body / parts or flashed the firmware of the product.
b. Product is faulty due to wear & tear, mis-use and mis-handling.
c. All Rechargeable Batteries come with just 30 Days Warranty from the date you received product as it is subject to care and usage habits.


DELIVERY GUARANTEE

1. We guarantee your product will arrive safely.
2. In the event your package is lost (very rare), we will re-send the product(s) you ordered. Please allow us time to check with delivery company.
3. If you receive a package with missing or damaged (mis-handled) items, please report it to the courier/delivery company immediately. With correct documentation and proper courier company reporting process, CES will re-send the product(s) or refund customer accordingly.
4. 99.9% of shipments CES sent to worldwide destination have no issue with customs clearance.
5. However, CES is shipping from China and this is considered as 'Importing' to customers. Respective custom clearance/costs (if any) is customer's responsibility. There are rare instances where your custom will check your package. Please check your country's customs clearance requirements/taxes/policies in advance. We will assist to under-declare if requested.
6. Typically, taxes are more strictly imposed for courier-based shipments (UPS, FedEx, DHL) compared to (recommended) postal shipments (Airmail, EMS). However, postal shipments are not a guaranteed way to avoid tax.
7. Delivery Guarantee is invalidated if:
a. Customer refused to comply with customs clearance requirements, thus causing customs to seize, destroy or return package.
b. Specifically requested CES to customize package declaration (e.g. under-declare value or declare as 'gift') at your own risk.
c. Customer failed/refuse to take delivery of the order/package. If no one is available during package delivery, the delivery services will always leave a 'Delivery Attempt Notice'; and customer is required to pick up the package at the stated location within a specified time.
d. Customer failed to provide a valid/complete shipping address (we are unable to confirm the physical validity of every shipping address in the world).


RETURN POLICY

1. We will accept returns if a product is faulty due to manufacturing/quality issue and not due to your mis-use or mis-handling, within 60 days from the date you received it.
Please email us at Customer Service for product return authorization and assistance.
2. We will not accept returns without pre-agreed authorization.
3. If an authorized returned product is repairable, we will repair and send it back to you for free.
4. If an authorized returned product is beyond repair, we will credit you the amount you originally paid us for the product purchase in the form of store credit so you can buy a new/different product.
5. Return Charges and 'Who Bears What'?
a. Cost of sending a 'probably faulty' (not a definite manufacturing fault) product back is borne by customer.
b. Cost of import duties (at China) is borne by CES.
c. Cost of sending repairable product (within warranty period) back to customer is borne by CES.
d. Any new import duties/tax on returned-repaired-product is borne by customer.
e. If we shipped you an incorrect product (very rare) or product not as described, we will bear return shipping cost. Please email us (customerservice@cheap-electronic-store.com) for instructions.
6. Exceptions on Return acceptance:
a. Mistakes in selecting products; for example: the correct color, memory capacity, screen size, GSM band and etc.
b. Unwanted product due to personal preferences/likings.
c. CES is unable to compensate customer on failures to accept delivery for any reason; including incorrect shipping address provided & refusal to comply with customs clearance or costs.
7. Return Rrocedures:
a. Email CES with subject "Product Returns" and please quote your order code, product ID & description of product fault.
b. CES will propose solutions and/or ask for more information for trouble-shooting purposes (including requests for pictures -can be taken via handphones).
c. Customer replies with additional information (if applicable).
d. If a return is authorized, CES will reply with a return address slip with instructions.
e. Customer returns product by normal post.
f. CES's technician checks received products, repair & re-check it, usually around 1 to 2 weeks.
g. CES sends product back to customer OR credits customer account for new purchase (if product is beyond repair and within warranty period).
