1. We provide door-to-door delivery by air. Delivery services offered varies by product weight and destination. We can ship small, lightweight orders cheaply via Airmail. For larger, heavier products, courier services like UPS, DHL, FedEx are available. EMS and TNT are also available for certain destinations. You will be able to view and choose available shipping options and their respective charges accordingly when checking out from shopping cart.
2. You will be given a tracking/airway bill number for every order you placed.
3. Customs clearance paperwork is prepared by our delivery agent or courier company respectively.
4. We do not charge any sales tax at our end. Any local sales tax or import duty (if applicable) may be charged when your goods enter your country. In most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you will receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.
5. You are required to sign for delivery all the time.
6. Please ensure you provide us correct and complete shipping address to avoid delays/issues with delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery if shipping address you provided is incorrect and may delay delivery of your order if we are unable to get in touch with you upon detecting an incomplete shipping address. It is important that you provide your contact number for delivery purposes.
7. We DO NOT Ship to PO Box addresses.
8. We ship worldwide, however, there may be delivery surcharge for destinations other than USA, Canada & United Kingdom.
